Description

The flat is very quiet even if it is in the historic heart of Florence, very close to all interesting cultural spots. The housemate is a girl, a student. In the flat there are in total two bedrooms each of them being at the opposite side of the flat; they both have a great privacy. Livingroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower are shared. We ask a deposit for damages of 500euros, GAS IS INCLUDED UNTIL 30€ PER MONTH PER PERSON. ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED UNTIL 20€ PER MONTH PER PERSON. What will be exceeding this level will be shared. weekly cleaning of the common parts of the flat is mandatory. 10€ per person. ( total 20€...

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
