The flat is very quiet even if it is in the historic heart of Florence, very close to all interesting cultural spots. The housemate is a girl, a student. In the flat there are in total two bedrooms each of them being at the opposite side of the flat; they both have a great privacy. Livingroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower are shared. We ask a deposit for damages of 500euros, GAS IS INCLUDED UNTIL 30€ PER MONTH PER PERSON.
