Damages , broken windows, exceeding electricity consumption,big dirt in the flat , so I have to call more times the maid.. If there is a free room in the flat, it can be rent from family or a friend with for the price of 20 euros per day plus 25e of cleaning fees.. Inside your room, if other tenants are ok ( you have to ask them before ), you can accommodate a friend for 2-3 days max and occasionally at night a boyfriend or a girlfriend..I don’t rent to couples .. Rooms are strictly for one person and the maximum of tenants can be 4 persons during summer Months, a second person without asking, uncontrollably ..Ιt could be a mess... -IF you leave before the end of your contract , you can lose your deposit -cleaning is on you at the check out.
