4 bedroom apartment in the city center of Athens. In the hurt of Athens and 15 min from the historical center. A perfect new modern and cute flat with all the comforts.. like home DEAR GUESTS WELCOME AND PLEASE TRY TO RESPECT THAT: -Bills and charges are paid separately at the beginning of the month..all amounts are written in details. -CANDLES ARE STRICKTLY FORBIDDEN TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE REGULARY AND KEEP CLEAN KITCHEN AND BATHROOM AFTER USE IS IMPOSED...respect list in the whiteboard - Always clean kitchen after use, never leave unwashed dishes ect , by the sink - Always clean your bathroom and toilet after use.. wash often maps of bathroom in the washing machine. -Don’t forget your air conditioning on.. - Switch on and off the hot water 15 min before using. -PLEASE DO NOT THROW ANYTHING INSIDE THE TOILET -Do not leave the balcony doors open, even when you are inside the house.. haw strong winds and can break windows. -Always put water softener in the washing machine before use..(powder box next to the microwave or on the kitchens counter. --PLEASE... IT IS FORBIDDEN TO MOVE FURNITURES.. -DO NOT PUT MUSIC LOUD AFTER 22.30 and between 15.00-17.30 Greeks are taking a nup. -TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE REGULARY -once per week cleaning lady -cleaning products have to be replaced before next arrival The deposit is covering. Damages , broken windows, exceeding electricity consumption,big dirt in the flat , so I have to call more times the maid.. If there is a free room in the flat, it can be rent from family or a friend with for the price of 20 euros per day plus 25e of cleaning fees.. Inside your room, if other tenants are ok ( you have to ask them before ), you can accommodate a friend for 2-3 days max and occasionally at night a boyfriend or a girlfriend..I don’t rent to couples .. Rooms are strictly for one person and the maximum of tenants can be 4 persons during summer Months, a second person without asking, uncontrollably ..Ιt could be a mess... -IF you leave before the end of your contract , you can lose your deposit -cleaning is on you at the check out. Depending how many hours the maid will stay. - we are searing, platform commission fees -THANK YOU IN ADVANCE SOOOOO MUC...
