There is no bed, only a very confortable corbetible sofa 190X90 very close to the univercity campus of zografou TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FLAT From month of April rent will be +100 e / per month -NO PETS ALLOWED -YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RENT THE FIRST 5 DAYS OF YOUR CURRENT MONTH (if not , your flat can be rent by somebody else) -ALL BROKEN THINGS (dishes ,glasses ect) HAVE TO BE REPLACED -cleaning products too. -DO NOT PUT ANYTHING TO THE WALLS -Party s are not allowed -Please not invite friends to the terasse, neighboors are not really friendly -if you see a damage in the flat, it will be nice of you to announce it to your landlord -DON’T THROW PAPERS IN THE TOILLET OR OTHER - -Candles are stricktly forbiden mini fridge-kitchen hobs-microwave-hood-vacium-(hidden)m-bagage storage-kettel -IF you leave before the end of your contract , you can lose your deposit cleaning is on you at the check out. Depending how many hours the maid will stay. - for the summer months, ( from May to September the price will be +100 euros). - we are searing, platforms commission fees.
