The apartment got two bedrooms with seperate two Bathrooms. The masterbedroom got a acess to the beautiful terrace which goes throw the whole length of the apartment. Bathroom with Bathtub, and the second one with Bathtub and shower. The terrace got a stunning view to the park across the street. You don’t see any other buldings just the tree crowns. The terrace also got a area with sofas and a BBQ. The big living space has two entries two the terrace one from the open kitchen area the other one next to the TV / Sofa area. A Parking space is included. The Location is really great connected to public transport, restaurants, bars, gyms, and the park. The neighboorhood is very nice and clean. The apartment will be rented with the cleaning service ( once a week a person would come for a general clean) That service is included in the rent price and can’t be excluded)...
