A fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with large wardrobe and balcony and a bathroom with hydromassage shower, washing machine and window. Entire apartment at guests' disposal, located on the ground floor with private entrance and overlooking the condominium garden. Very quiet and quiet context. The apartment is fully furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa bed, TV corner and WiFi. Equipped with air conditioning and washing machine. The bedroom is equipped with large wardrobe. Please NOTE THAT: Work is currently in progress to renovate the external facade of the building, therefore we inform that scaffolding is present. The balcony is not accessible. The A/C will not be working until the work is completed. The nearest bus stop is right at the entrance of the resort. 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The entrance to the east ring road is 500 mt and the west ring road is 2km. The nearest airport is Milan Linate Airport, a 25-minute drive away. The nearest metro station is Cologno Nord (M2 - green line) and is 10 minutes by public transport from the apartment. San Raffaele is a 12-minute drive away. Monthly rates: • 900,00€ for monthly rent; • 300,00€ for building fees; • 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); Total of monthly cost: 1.450,00€. You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 900€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning; • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. Linen is not included. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed....
