L'appartamento si trova vicino alla stazione Centrale di Milano ed essendo situato in una corte interna di un Condomino di inizio 900, ben abitato, gode di una tranquillità assoluta. È composto da un grande Living room (oggetto di questo annuncio) che affaccia sul cortile interno e ha all'interno la cucina ad uso privato, di una camera matrimoniale che affaccia su un giardino privato e bagno con doccia (condiviso con l'altra stanza). La cucina è dotata degli utensili necessari per cucinare, frigorifero, fornelli, forno a microonde, bollitore e macchina da caffè. Nel Living ci sono due ampi divani ciascuno trasformabili ciascuno in un comodissimo letto a una piazza e mezza ed il tavolo dove poter mangiare. Ideale per viaggi di lavoro, studenti, famiglie e non solo. Nel Living, oltre ai due divani per il relax vi è il grande tavolo dove si può lavorare in smart working e consumare il cibo d'asporto dai vicini ottimi esercizi che propongono cucina di ogni tipo, o preparato nella cucina adiacente. Si segnala che il WiFi è veloce e gratuito e il segnale copre l'intero appartamento. Il deposito è richiesto solo per affitti da due mesi in su. Per affitti più brevi, chiedo solo l'anticipo delle spese per elettricità e gas per il periodo, con un conguaglio per gli effettivi consumi alla fine . Per affitti di meno di due mesi questo sito mi fa mi fa pagare una fee troppo alta, quindi vi invito a guardare su altri siti per affitti brevi come ABB, o (hidden), o se prenotate qui devo chiedervi un rimborso della fee di 100€, cosa che mi dispiace, ma diventa antieconomico altrimenti...
