ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable) The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract: - From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain] - From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]. - From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]. LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in) BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys. EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance) If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
