The kitchen is an independent space, and is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook on a daily basis. The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms, each with a spacious closet; one of them has access to the balcony. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower. A third room equipped as a study is the perfect space to study or work at home. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The apartment is located in a privileged neighborhood of Barcelona, Eixample Esquerra. It is a very quiet and residential area; surrounded by restaurants, study centers, supermarkets, squares and parks. It is close to the Hospital Clinic and the Ninot Market. Fully accessible to different subway lines, we find the closest one at 1 minute walk: "Entença" (L5).
