Upon entering, you are greeted by the living room with access to a cozy balcony overlooking Carrer del Baluard. The kitchen is integrated, and has all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook from the day of arrival. The bedroom is double and has a large closet to store everything you need. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, wifi and alarm. This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. La Barceloneta is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants in the cozy terraces. The beach of Barceloneta is 2 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 8 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park. In Pg. de Joan de Borbó, 2 minutes from the apartment you will find a nice promenade where you can walk and enjoy the view of exclusive yachts anchored at the dock. It also has a number of bus stops. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 10 minutes from the apartment.
