The Lessor is planning to keep this special monthly price for the entire period of pandemic. The entire apartment can host a maximum of 5 people. The best would be 3 or 4 people. Normally the Lessor wants 1 person per bedroom. The bathroom, the kitchen and the bedrooms are fully equipped.
