Hello! We are a couple renting a room in the center of Bilbo with single bathroom included. We are 26 and 27 years old and the two of us work in social sectors. At home we live a quiet life. We are looking for a roommate to join us in Jenuary, February or March 2025 We want to have a peaceful atmosphere in the house and it is essential for us to live with someone who understand the importance of a cleanliness and has a respectful nature. We also want to emphasise that we do not tolerate any racist, sexist, xenophobic, classist or homophobic behaviour in our home. The flat has an entrance hall with wardrobe for coats and shoes.The floor is made of oak wood and the doors are made of solid wood. It is very well insulated from cold and heat. It is a sixth floor with lift. A very bright flat with beautiful views. The apartment has a very good location in Casco Viejo. It is located one minute from Plaza Unamuno, near the subway, train and stores. The room has a single bathroom, exterior window, bed and chest of drawers.
