Hello! Last room available with en-suite bathroom in an apartment for only students (Bachelor-master-PhD student- Erasmus internship) in the neighborhood of Angel Guimera in Valencia. No couples. The location couldn’t be better, with a Consum (supermarket) just below the apartment, multiple bakeries, and the underground 5 minutes by foot. Moreover the city center of Valencia (city hall- plaza de toros) is barely 15 minutes by foot. If you want to go to Blasco Ibáñez, where the universities are located it will be around 10 minutes in the underground. But you can also go with the bike or bus. The sport centre of Abastos is 5 minutes walking; there you can find a library and several gyms. Bakeries, local businesses and two schools are also a great attractive of the area. The apartment has 100m2 and consists of 3 bedrooms, one of them, the one you’ll be renting with an en-suite bathroom. It also has a separate bathroom, open living-dining area with the kitchen and a balcony. All rooms have desks for studying and we also provide towels, bed sheets and duvets. The room also has an independent air conditioning system in each of the areas of the house to provide better energy savings. Appliances are also from the best brands (A+++) to provide better energy use and savings. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave and induction cooker. You will also find all the basic household items (plates, glasses, etc.) and you can cook in complete comfort on the kitchen island. The dining room has a 50-inch smart TV to enjoy Netflix with the rest of the roommates. The date of entry to the apartment would be the 1st of February and the house can be visited if requested in advance. The rental price of the en suite bathroom room is 700 euros. It has 26 m2.
