With 28 apartments spread across 5 floors, it also boasts common areas like a rooftop, coworking space, and numerous areas for relaxation and socializing to enhance community living. *Please note that ongoing work in some areas may restrict access to certain common areas. THE LOCATION In the heart of El Raval, this building’s in a happening, historic spot with great connections. El Raval's a buzzing, multicultural neighborhood with a bunch of cool cafés, restaurants, lively shops, iconic markets, and plenty more to explore. If you cancel within 24 hours of confirmation – Full refund of first month’s rent.
If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
