Don’t miss out on the amenities available! THE BUILDING This newly constructed building aims to foster community engagement and positivity. With 28 apartments spread across 5 floors, it also boasts common areas like a rooftop, coworking space, and numerous areas for relaxation and socializing to enhance community living. *Please note that ongoing work in some areas may restrict access to certain common areas. THE LOCATION In the heart of El Raval, this building’s in a happening, historic spot with great connections. El Raval's a buzzing, multicultural neighborhood with a bunch of cool cafés, restaurants, lively shops, iconic markets, and plenty more to explore. THE CONDITIONS Take a look at the conditions of this apartment to see if it meets your needs: - Utilities deposit of 100€/month (not included in the rent). After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
