Torre del Mar's strategic location allows easy exploration of charming villages in the Axarquía, making it a key point for your vacation. And the best part is that the area is alive throughout the year thanks to its pleasant climate, perfect both in winter and summer. The apartment, accessible by an elevator without the need for stairs, is on the third floor and offers an entrance hall, a master bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Additionally, it features a second bathroom with a shower, a separate kitchen, and a cozy living-dining room that opens onto a terrace where you can enjoy the ideal climate of Torre del Mar. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from utensils to appliances such as a 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator. The apartment also has air conditioning in the living-dining room for added comfort. Enjoy the summer season in the community pool, subject to the rules of the homeowners' association, and park your vehicle securely in the private parking space within the building.
