The apartment, located in a newly constructed building with an elevator, welcomes you with a hall or entrance, a living-dining room with a comfortable 135 cm sofa bed, an independent kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of them inside the master bedroom. With a 150 cm double bed in the first bedroom and two 90 cm single beds in the second, we ensure a pleasant rest. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for your stay, and the apartment features free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere. In the residential complex, enjoy the community pool, available during the summer season subject to the community's rules, as well as a paddle tennis court and lush gardens.
