In one of Toulouse's most emblematic mansions, in the heart of the Daurade district, you're close to the best of the pink city. Ideally located in a historic, typically Toulouse building, this T1bis loft is on the garden level in the courtyard of a historic townhouse, in the heart of the La Daurade / Capitole district. The apartment boasts all the charm of a bygone era and has been beautifully renovated. Opening onto the street via window wells, you'll be able to enjoy the city without being disturbed by its noise. Travelers appreciate our accommodation for its features: A fully equipped functional kitchen with : - crockery and cooking utensils, - fridge, - induction hob, - microwave oven, - electric kettle, - Nespresso coffee machine - washing machine, A charming living room with : - sofa, - coffee table, A functional bedroom with a dressing room: - Queen-size bed (160cmx190cm), - small closets for your belongings, - an Italian-style shower, A beautiful bathroom with a historic door: - a beautiful double, - towel rail, - washbasin and storage unit, - washing machine. - WC. Bed linen and towels are provided. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment. You'll be able to enjoy the whole apartment for the duration of your stay. To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, etc.). Please note that the apartment is old and tastefully renovated, and may therefore show some traces of the passage of time (wooden windows, brick joints...), but please be aware that the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each rental. We offer professional mid-stay cleaning for stays of 7 nights or more, including replacement of household linen and cleaning services (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen). This service is invoiced at the same level as the cleaning fee in the advertisement. If you are interested, please contact us at the time of booking to arrange the day and time of our cleaning team's visit (subject to availability). The accommodation is managed by Conciergerie (hidden), (hidden) and Luckey's partner in Toulouse. Housekeeping fees cover the cost of professional cleaning services, the supply of clean, quality household and bed linen for each reservation, as well as consumables needed to get your stay off to a good start. These fees also cover services to ensure your comfort. We kindly ask you to participate with us in the upkeep of the accommodation by taking out your rubbish and cleaning/ranging your dishes, thank you. All our cleaning and laundry operations are carried out as part of an eco-responsible approach, for your benefit and that of nature. Traveler access You will be able to use the entire property for the duration of your stay. In these times of energy crisis, we must all be responsible in our use of energy, and we remind our travelers that the temperature of heating is limited in France, by law (art. R241-26 of the Energy Code), to 19°. Consequently, it will not be possible to exceed this temperature in the accommodation. To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, washing-up liquid, etc.). Please note that the apartment is an old one, renovated with taste, and may therefore show some traces of the passage of time (wooden windows, brick joints...). It is not uncommon for brick dust to settle along the wall, but you should be aware that the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each rental. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
