The apartment consists of a large living area with sofa, TV, dining area and a balcony. It also has an equipped kitchen with balcony, two double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, washing machine and window. Room N°1 is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.The fully equipped kitchen, the living room with dining table and TV and the bathroom with shower are shared. Room N°2 is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a spacoius library. The apartment is located a short walk from Bocconi University, near Porta Romana, one of the six gates of Milan, built in the 16th century. It is known for having become the residential district par excellence and the hub of life in Milan, both for university students and young workers. It is one of the areas of Milan where the sky is very open and visible. Ravizza Park, then, is a big green lung. With a food district where you can find wine shops, typical restaurants, cafes and bookstores, a lively weekly market in Via Crema (on Fridays), Porta Romana really has a strong personality. The apartment is also a short distance from the Navigli, the heart of the Milanese nightlife. Young and old alike liven up the dozens of bars, pubs, breweries and discos that all year round offer their guests cocktails, dishes and music in the name of quality and fun. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • 1.800,00€ for monthly rent • 350,00€ for building fees • 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi) • 200,00€ for one cleaning service per month; Total of monthly cost: 2.600,00€ You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.800€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. • 350,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning Linen is not included. Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee).
