The space In Toulouse, in the heart of the city and close to all shops and transport, discover this accommodation designed for your short stay in Toulouse. Stay at home! Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment of character designed to offer you a beautiful experience: - Located between the Arena and the Croix de Pierre, the apartment is on the 1st floor of a recently renovated building and overlooks the courtyard. - A living area with a sofa, HD TV, coffee table. - A sleeping area with a double bed (140x190), bedside beds and storage. - A kitchenette with the essentials: fridge-freezer, microwave, electric hob, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. - A bathroom with a shower cubicle, a basin, and some storage, toilet. Enjoy the charm of the old combined with a tasteful renovation. The whole apartment is heated in winter (maximum 19° in the room) and air-conditioned in summer (maximum 25° in the room). Guest access You can enjoy the whole place for the duration of your stay. Although partially renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has elements of the old (defect, dust...). Despite the formal prohibition of smoking, a smell of residual tobacco is present, thank you for respecting this prohibition for the comfort and respect of all. To allow you to start your stay, we will provide you with the essentials for a first night (soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...).
