Our accommodation is not a hotel but an apartment with old-fashioned charms to offer you a beautiful experience: - Located close to Les Ramblas and close to the metro, the apartment is located in a quiet and secure residence. - A friendly lounge with a high table and standing table, 2 seater sofa, coffee table, storage spaces, TV (public channels), and high-speed wifi (fiber). - A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, cooking utensils, pots and pans battery, espresso machine (pods not included), and washing machine (detergent not included). - A large room with a double bed (140x200cm), beautiful storage spaces, and bed linen provided. - A neat bathroom with a shower, large sink, storage, towel dryer, and toilet. Enjoy the charm of the old coupled with a renovation and tasteful decoration, and live an unparalleled experience! The whole apartment is heated in winter (maximum 19° in the room) and air-conditioned in summer (minimum 24° in the room). Guest access You can enjoy the whole place for the duration of your stay. Although renovated and regularly maintained, the apartment has elements of the old (worn parquet flooring with traces, impacts, and stains on closets and appliances, a little hard sliding door, and some defects in places...). Rigorous cleaning and storage of dishes is the responsibility of every guest. Systematically aerated, disinfected, and sanitized and despite the formal ban on smoking, a residual smell of tobacco can be smelled. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
