Tomberg House, located tomberg (hidden) Woluwe Saint Lambert, is a big house of 25 people. Each room has a private bathroom + toilet. The common areas consist of a common kitchen, living room, tv room, gym, laundry corner, and a courtyard with barbecue + bike shelter. In the kitchen, each tenant has a private cupboard with fridge, cutlery, pans and pots and dishware. Type 4 : 870€ /month all bills included +-16sqm, some have balconies others not, private bathroom en suite (see room 14) Practicalities, we always ask a deposit of two months rent. Move in and out walk throughs each cost 35€. For contracts of 6 months or less, there is a onetime fee of 150€ to be paid with the first rent. Contracts start on the 1st and 16th of each month and are bimonthly, meaning that each fortnight started is due. Domiciliation is allowed. The possible stay tax shall be borne by the tenant.
