The residence offers individual studios (basic, standard and premium) as well as 3-bedroom apartments. There are also common areas, such as a gym, cinema, study areas, several lounges, communal kitchens, laundry room, courtyard and roof-top terrace with a swimming pool. This is the perfect environment to study, rest, socialise and simply enjoy! Booking Process after paying: ✅Complete the admission form (the information must include that of the future resident) and pay the reservation fee of €150 to reserve a place (non-refundable). ✅You must send us the duly completed form and proof of payment corresponding to €150 to our email address. ✅Once the place is confirmed, you can formalize the reservation by signing the contract that we will send you via email and paying the deposit (€800 refundable). Please note: ⚠️Most of the pictures are renders, they are as accurate as possible but some details might change. ⚠️You will have to bring your bedding and kitchen utensils. ⚠️The washing machines and driers require coins to be used. 💢💢💢 🔸City registration is possible for stay of more than 6 months. 🔸After the reservation is completed, you will be required to pay the deposit and other fees through our secure payment system....
