In the common areas, you will find a tv room, a table-football room, a gym and a laundry room. There is also a beautiful garden and the house is located near Etterbeek train station and Flagey hub. Room 10 in Flagey house is third floor garden side with a private bathroom and toilet en suite. The room has a mezzanine. It is not furnished so please contact us for more info. There are black-out curtains to ensure a good night sleep. The room is 11sqm. 🍽️ ONLY WITH US, each housemate gets their own private fridge, a private cupboard, (closed with your key) and also private dishes provided. Move-in/out: Hassle-free with walk-throughs available for 50€ each. ⚠️Contract Flexibility: Start on the 1st or 16th of each month, with bimonthly payments. Domiciliation: Allowed for your convenience. ⚠️There is also an initial installation fee, which varies according to the period for which the tenant wishes to rent the room. The fee is 300 euros for contracts of less than 3 months, 150 euros for contracts of 3 to 6 months and no fee for contracts of more than 6 months.
