The apartment has a smart TV and wireless router preinstalled, and comes with a 100/100 Mbps internet connection free of charge. The bedroom, separated by sliding glass doors, is furnished with a high-quality queen-size bed. The building offers a sauna as well as a laundry-room with larger washing equipment, and even a pair of cars (one gasoline and one electric), all available for booking at the tenant’s own expense. A parking space may also be rented from the parking hall underneath the building for 110 EUR a month, confirm availability with landlord. The apartment is available for rent between (hidden), minimum duration 1 month. Deposit is 1 month’s rent, to be returned at the end of the rental contract upon confirmation that the apartment remains in good condition.
