This is my private flat which I have to rent from the 1.feb-5. April, due to work abroad. Its a spacious 110m2 apartment, ideal for single persons who want space or couples, even small families. In general there are three Rooms , a kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a nice spot to breakfast, a big dining room with a long table which I also use as a workspace, a living room with a couch to hang out and read or listen to music and of course a very cozy bedroom with a very large bed and the cupboards to store your clothes or anything else. The bathroom has a shower and a separate bathtub too. The flat is decorated with a lot of art and plants, of which one should take care of in case of moving in. The apartment is on the first floor the so called „belle Etage“ in a very oldberlinstyle renovated house. Even though it’s in the middle of Kreuzberg (the so called Gräfekiez) with a lot of local bars, Cafés, plenty different style Restaurants and shops, you’ll experience a very calm, quiet and relaxed neighbourhood with a lot of families and locals. Supermarkets are just around the corner and the u Bahn too. A few seconds out of the door you’ll find the canal on which waterside you can take long walks and visit the flea and farmers markets.
