This is a renovated 4-bedroom apartment (each bedroom is for one person only). The shared areas feature a living room, a single bathroom and a generously equipped kitchen. Inside the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable double bed with a memory foam mattress, a bedside table, a desk, an office chair, ample shelving, and a spacious wardrobe. For your convenience, we provide bed linen, including 2 sets of sheets, 1 duvet, and 1 towel. Room with AIR CONDITIONING and heating. Please be aware: The bedroom is designated for single occupancy. ALL EXPENSES ARE INCLUDED: Electricity, water, internet. A PROFESSIONAL CLEANER comes once a week to clean the common areas (also included in the rent)...

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
