Hello everyone, from September onwards there is one room available in a nice shared apartment in the 10th district, in Herzgasse. The apartment is close to the U1 station Reumannplatz and a two minutes walk from tram 6 station Quellenstraße/Neilreichgasse. In total there are 5 bedooms. The room is furnished with a bed (140cm) including pillow and blanket, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a toilet, and a separate toilet. -The room is about 11m2. -The room is furnished -The rent is 480€ per month and additional 60€ for heating and electricity. -The deposit is 1040€ -No smoking and no pets allowed. -The contract is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice by the the end of February, August and September.
