The newly renovated house is located 2 minutes walk from the Pacifico / Conde de Casal metro and 15 minutes walk from Retiro Park. The price includes all supplies + wifi + cleaning of common areas once a week. Required: month of January, deposit + month of subscription, with which you can move to any of our 200 rooms in Madrid whenever you want.
