ROOM: Bright double room in Ruzafa. It is a very good option if you are a student or young worker and you wani to spend some time in the beautiful city of Valencia. It is a fully equipped and furnished room: - Bed 135x190cm - Wardrobe - Desk with lamp and chair - Bedside table - Window with outside view - Lock for your privacy -fan -heating APARTMENT: The flat is 132m2 and has 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The common areas are really nice, with a fully equipped kitchen with: - Ceramic hob - Refrigerator - Oven - Microwave oven - Crockery and cutlery - TV NEIGHBOURHOOD: Ruzafa is one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Valencia among young people and students. This neighbourhood stands out for its proximity to the city centre as well as for the amount of services it offers. In addition, the area is very well connected by public transport with a metro station and a bus stop that connects you to the different lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walk, which connects to the main universities and the beach. EXPENSES: The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas. The costs of utilities are as follows: -Water: 10€/month -Gas: 10€/month -Electricity: 15€/month, if any month the consumption is more than this, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants. CLEANING SERVICE: We offer a free cleaning service once a week of the communal areas. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good condition. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it is important to keep everything clean. Cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the necessary cleaning products in the flat. BEDROOM CLOTHING: For a hygienic reason, we do not provide pillow, duvet and duvet cover. We only provide a set of sheets and a towel. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check in will take place at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive details of how to get to the office, but it is within easy reach of the airport. We will meet you here to complete the payments, sign the rental contract and provide you with a set of keys to your new home. Check-in hours will be from 16:00 to 20:00. If you arrive in Valencia earlier you can leave your luggage in my office in the meantime. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave the keys at a 24H point, where you can pick them up. Check out will be at the latest on the last day of the rental contract at 11:00AM. If your flight is after this time, you can leave your luggage here at the office free of charge...
