Let us offer you fully equipped Double room in 2+1 unit. Double room has its own entrance from the shared front door, from which the bathroom shared with Single room is also accesible. Double room is equipped with 2x single bed with pull out bedside table, 2x set of bed linen, 2x wardrobe, desk with the lamp and chairs, fridge and set of basic dishes. Shared kitchenette is located on the floor. The building also has a laundry room (free of charge), student lounge and study room located on the ground floor and fully at your disposal. You can also enjoy our backyard, where you can soak up the sun or admire the night sky. The monthly rental price includes all services, energies and high-speed Wi-Fi. If you are searching for longer stay which is not available in the calendar please let us know and we will search for alternative options for you. Note that in case your stay will be shorter than 61 consecutive calendar days, we will ask you to pay the city tax in the amount of 50 CZK/per day/per person upon your arrival....

- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
