Cozy apartment in the heart of the Balon area in Turin, where every Saturday and second Sunday of each month one of the largest flea markets in Europe takes place. The apartment, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto the open plan living area with a sofa, an ottoman, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven and a dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one furnished with a queen-size bed and a closet, the other one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out, a clothes rack, a desk and a bookshelf. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. The jewel of this accommodation is the terrace with an internal view equipped with a dining table, where guests can relax and have meals in the open air. Amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine, air conditioning in the bedrooms and heating will be at guests’ disposal. Please note: At the check in you will have to pay €20 for the contract registration. The prices as displayed in the listing are for 2 tenants, the apartment can host 2 additional people at the monthly price of €300 each....
