Supermarkets, tram, the large Orriols park, the Arena Shopping Center, the Polytechnic University Area and Avenida Blasco Ibañez, the beautiful rural area of Alboraya and all the accesses of Valencia such as the Ronda Norte to Malvarrosa Beach and Cabanyal and Primado Reig Avenue. There is a consum supermarket 190m (3 minutes walk), a Mercadona supermarket 550m (7 minutes walk), a tram station 600m (8 minutes walk), Els Orriols park 350m (5 minutes walk), Arena Shopping Center 800m (11 minutes walk), Parque Viveros 1.3km (18 minutes walk), Benimaclet metro station at C/Doctor Vicente Zaragozá 1.1km (15 minutes walk), The Polytechnic University of Valencia UPV 11 a 3.4 km (11 minutes by bike), Els Tarongers University 3.3km (11 minutes by bike), University of Valencia on Avenida Blasco Ibañez 1.7km (5 minutes by bike or 23 minutes walking), Malvarrosa beach 4.8km (21 minutes by bike), Town Hall Square -Valencia Center 3.6km (12 minutes by bike)... and more. There is a municipal bicycle rental service from the Valencia City Council that is available with a 24-hour station right in front of our apartment, for long or short periods. The page where you can consult is: Pets are not allowed in the apartment nor can you smoke only on the terraces or outdoors. There is a furniture guarantee and it will be returned in full when the problem is resolved if the contract is finalized and if the floor is in the same condition that I found in the bedroom. The owner includes 25 euros of expenses per room, the rest is paid by the tenants. The accommodation is 10.5m2 and has air conditioning, TV, heating, internet, views of Plaza Ramon Contreras Mongrell and direct access to the terrace.
