There is a furniture guarantee and it will be returned in full when the problem is resolved if the contract is finalized and if the floor is in the same condition that I found in the bedroom. The owner includes 25 euros of expenses per room, the rest is paid by the tenants. The accommodation is 10.5m2 and has air conditioning, TV, heating, internet, views of Plaza Ramon Contreras Mongrell and direct access to the terrace.
