Beachfront apartment, with pool. Located in the heart of Torre del Mar, on the beachfront, a fabulous spacious and bright apartment in an urbanization with a swimming pool. The apartment consists of a hall, and an independent kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped, to be able to have a great stay. Living room, from where we can contemplate the wonderful views of the sea and the promenade. We find two bedrooms, of which one has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed (two single beds) Sheets and towels on request, € 3 / person-stay, including bedding, shower towel, and sink. The building is equipped with an elevator, without steps to reach it. The apartment has air-conditioning in the living room and Wi-Fi. The entrance to our apartments is from 4:00 p.m. and departure at 11.00. Both check-in and check-out are non-face-to-face, we leave the keys in a safe and we tell you how to collect them, and for your departure, you must leave them in the office mailbox. They must provide us with the ID of all those over 16 who stay in the apartment and the signed contract that we send them (this is to carry out the accommodation control that we are obliged to carry out). Animals are welcome, always on request, and with a supplement of € 35 / pet / stay. Pool opening June 15 approximately, if the situation with the covid allows it. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
