The apartment, in a recently constructed building and accessible without stairs thanks to available elevators, features a perfect layout. Upon entering, you'll find a foyer leading to the master bedroom with a double bed (135 cm) and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, there are two additional bedrooms, each with twin beds (90 cm), a fully equipped independent kitchen, a spacious living-dining room, and a second bathroom with a shower. For your convenience, there's also a parking space. The building boasts a communal pool, ideal for refreshing dips during the summer season, subject to the regulations of the community of property owners.
