Please note that no overnight guests are accepted, only tenants sleep in the flat. Flat is clean , well maintained, and quiet , and the next tenant should be willing to keep it that way. The flat consists of 3 rooms (each of them may be for 1-2 people, but currently the other two rooms are each oocupied by one girl), 2 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen. The apartment is located at ul. Górczewska 200 in Warsaw, in a modern residential area, comfortable, safe and guarded, very close to the entrance to subway station (Metro Bemowo station). Location: ul. Górczewska 200, with very good public transport (metro station, many trams and buses), direct connection with the centre and universities (e.g., Warsaw Technical Academy WAT, Warsaw University (Uniwersytet Warszawski), WUT (Politechnika Warszawska), Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts (Akademia Sztuk Pięknych) . There are many close shops: Lidl, Tesco, Wola Park, other stores, restaurants, bars, banks, hairdresser, drug store and others. Everything within a walking distance. There is also S8 highway not far which makes travelling even easier. If you have a car, it is possible to rent a parking space in the garage of this building for additional fee.
