I live alone and I rent two rooms to student girls. Therefore a room is always empty. The apartment has two toilets, one for me and the other to share (completely renovated) between the two student girls who rent the 2 rooms. I would like to rent for four months (exchange period at the University of Murcia) although everything is negotiable.
