If a girl rents the first room, the preference is to invite another girl to the second room. Currently, the other room is occupied by a very nice girl, fostering a harmonious living environment. All windows are soundproof , creating a serene atmosphere despite the convenient proximity to Warsaw's main street and various public transportation options, including metro, trams, and buses, all within 1-5 minutes' walk from the room. Fast internet is provided in the building . The building, situated in Upper Mokotów, one of the best and safest locations in Warsaw, is excellently communicated and just minutes away from the city center. Location: Warsaw Mokotów, near Metro Wilanowska and Puławska street Walking distance to popular shopping mall Wakefield Mokotów and office centre wittily called Mordor 4 minutes walk to Metro Wilanowska (subway) 1 minute walk to the tram stop in Puławska street 10 minutes by Metro to the city center Public transport is easily accessible, connecting you to all parts of Warsaw. The area is well-communicated with schools and universities, including Vistula, SGH, WUT, SGGW, Lazarski, and Warsaw University. Several parks nearby host weekly events like the Targ Śniadaniowy (Breakfast Market) every Sunday between Spring and Autumn. Please note, that as in any shared flat it is important that all flatmates participate in maintaining cleanliness and respect the others' right to resting at home.
