This charming private room is located in the heart of the Tetuán district offering connectivity, cultural diversity and a vibrant community. • Room Details: You will have a room with all the essentials including a desk, chair, bedside table, mirror, lamp and closet. The bed (140X200 cm) comes with a mattress cover; however, sheets and pillows are not provided. All rooms have a window overlooking the street and receive direct sunlight. You will be very warm the whole winter thanks to the central heating in the building. We made sure to put the best and fastest wifi available for your confort. • Services and Amenities: We ensure that common areas are cleaned on a basis for your convenience. Our team is available to assist you with registration and address any inquiries during your stay. The minimum stay is one month with an option to renew for up to twelve months. Please note that full payment via bank transfer is required prior to check in. Additionally, €75 for supplies is included in the price. Please be aware that this property does not allow couples or pets. Parties as smoking are strictly prohibited on the premises. • General Conditions: To secure your reservation we require a deposit to one month’s rent which will be refunded upon departure along, with any rent or supply charges. For deposit refund purposes we kindly ask for an ID/passport photo and bank details. • Check in (24 hours AVAILABLE) • Additional Information: Take advantage of what Tetuán has to offer by exploring its parks, theaters and shopping areas. There is a park called Parque de Santander nearby which offers spaces and sports facilities. You'll also find a variety of restaurants and cafes in the area where you can enjoy international cuisine. If you prefer to cook at home, there are supermarkets and grocery stores conveniently located nearby. When it comes to transportation Alvarado Metro Station (Line 1) is 2 minutes walk away.
