💢💢💢 This charming studio with private beach access, is the best place to relax and enjoy your stay by the sea in Sesimbra. The apartment has a balcony with an exquisite view of the famous California Beach and it's cliff. This apartment will have you enjoy the tranquility of a beach vacation, relax, eat wonderful fresh fish and sea food and at night you will fall asleep with nothing but the sound of the ocean waves, ideal for a couple retreat. The space The studio is the result of a deep rehabilitation and has an area of 42 m2, located inside a building complex in front of California Beach, with private beach access through the building elevator that will lead you to a tourniquet and a stairway leading to the beach. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave/oven, induction stove, mini fridge, 50L water heater, washing machine, Dolce Gusto expresso coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. The balcony can be closed off thanks to a glass curtain so you can enjoy it even when in rainy or cold days. With WiFi and air conditioning that heats and cool that apartment. There is no private parking, but you can find free parking on the street. Please do not use simultaneously all electronic appliances, such as toasters, kettles, hobs, stoves, as this will bring down the electrical panel. If you're cooking, turn on one appliance at a time, because with the air conditioner and water heater on, the electrical panel don ́t handle so many appliances on. Guest access - You will have direct access to the beach located inside the building which is reserved exclusively for residents. Other things to note - Dear guest, your booking responsibility: We kindly ask all guests to carefully read and understand the apartment configuration and the house rules, as well as our listing, before making a reservation. - Amenities and Consumables: Guests can expected to find in the apartment the equipment, amenities, and consumables mentioned in the (hidden) listing. Please bring any extra consumables that you think you will need and are not listed. - The cleaning fee includes the cleaning of the apartment also the laundry, done by a professional company. - Parking is free outside in the street, but not private. In summer it can be more difficult to park close to the building. - If you wish to wash your clothes, there is a self-service laundry located in the heart Sesimbra village, that is called Lavandaria da Vila, Address: Largo Alm. Gago Coutinho N 23 Open week days from 8h to 21h week-end from 8h to 13h. - We do not provide beach towels. - Water Heater The apartment is equipped with a 50 liters water heater to be used in the apartment, if the hot water runs out it can take up to 2/3 hours to heat the 50 liters of hot water, you need to use your hot water wisely so you don't run out of hot water. - We are sorry but it is not allowed to leave luggage in the apartment before check-in and after check-out because we do not have a place to store luggage, thanks for your understanding. - Please do not flush the wipes down the toilet because it clogs the pipes, throw them in the bin. - Please remove all the sand from your body before showering because it clogs the shower. - We cannot be held accountable for the consequences of the misuse of electrical equipment, balconies, windows, handrails, stairs and any other hazardous areas. - We are not responsible for any theft or forgetting goods, which occur inside the apartment. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
