Almost all sights and shopping possibilities can be reached by foot. Swimming in the lake takes a 5 minute walk. Famous Kronenhallebar is at your doorstep! Winter sport is possible after 90 minute by public transport. The studio is a seperate entity apart from the general living area and situated next to the large eat-in kitchen. The sleeping area invites you to cozy TV evenings, in the living area you find large a sofa, as well as a work space, kettle and coffee machine, all surrounded by international art. Small private bathroom and ptional parking space on the property. Last but not least you may open the curtains and find yourself in the country side while staying in the middle of the city....
