We have just completely refurbished a small house in the Nazaret neighbourhood, with a flat on the ground floor (east) and a flat on the upper floor. This amazing listing features iconic mediterranean high ceilings, beautiful decoration, exceptional furniture for ultimate comfort, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need, make this house your home! The apartment is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Nazaret, near the port of Valencia. A quiet neighborhood, with many green areas, and a decent choice of shops, bakeries and restaurants. Connection to downtown Valencia by tram (line 10 recently opened) and bus 15 min walk to the City of Arts and Sciences. Bike path with quick access to the beach and other areas of Valencia. Parking is very easy to find. An utility amount of 200 € per month will be additionally charged: this amount includes wifi, water and up to 120 euros of electricity: if more is spent, the tenant will be charged for it. Pets are allowed with a supplement of 150 euros per pet, payed only once. Some of our tenants are allergic, and flats are deeply cleaned after each stay with pets. Check in time is between 15.00 and 21.00. Late check out is possible with a supplement. Check out time is before 11.00 Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
