We have just completely refurbished a small house in the Nazaret neighbourhood, with a flat on the ground floor (east) and a flat on the upper floor. This amazing listing features iconic mediterranean high ceilings, beautiful decoration, exceptional furniture for ultimate comfort, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need, make this house your home! The apartment is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Nazaret, near the port of Valencia. A quiet neighborhood, with many green areas and parks, and a decent choice of shops, bakeries and restaurants.. Connection to downtown Valencia by tram (line 10 recently opened) and bus 15 min walk to the City of Arts and Sciences. Bike path with quick access to the beach and other areas of Valencia. Parking is very easy to find. Up to 120 euros of electricity is included in the utilities, if more is spent, the tenant will be charged for it. The address is approximate.
