Description

The modern and comfortable room has a quality bed and mattress, desk and storage. The room has lots of natural light. Located in Queluz, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the train (Queluz). Pharmacies, supermarkets and universities are conveniently located nearby, making everyday life more convenient. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathroom (one of them private). The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals, such as a stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Please note: - Payment: Must be completed 72 hours before check-in directly to the landlord. This includes the last month’s rent, security deposit, and Administration fee. - Monthly Cleaning Fee: €25. Additional cleaning available upon request. - Utilities: Included up to €25 per tenant. - Your check-in will only be authorised 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed in our bank account and the contract has been signed. - Bedding: Pillows, duvet, and bed sheets are not provided. - Check-ins: Available Monday to Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM. No check-ins on Sundays or public holidays. - Cleaning of the common areas is provided at least twice a month.
