Het hartje centrum van Amsterdam is met openbaar binnen 10 min te bereiken. Alles in het huis is aanwezig waaronder keukengereedschap en schoonmaakspullen. De keuken, het halletje met opbergkasten, het toilet, de badkamer en het balkon wordt gedeeld met 1 ander persoon. De badkamer is alleen toegankelijk via jouw kamer of terwijl de kamer die te huur staat. Met goede afspraken is al eerder gebleken dat dit totaal geen probleem is hoor. Huisgenoot is een fulltime werkende man van 28 jaar oud. Zoekt naar iemand die schoon en te vertrouwen is, studerend of werkend en sociaal. Leeftijd onder de 30 jaar. Met name schoon en rustig wordt erg gewaardeerd! De kamer die te huur staat is 12m2 groot. De witte kast is inclusief bij de kamer. All shops, public transport and dining options are within a 1-2 minute walk. The heart of Amsterdam can be reached by public transport within 10 minutes. Everything in the house is present, including kitchen tools and cleaning supplies. The kitchen, the hall with storage boards, the toilet, the bathroom and the balcony are shared with 1 other person. The bathroom is only accessible through your room. The other person with whom you share the house will therefore have to adapt to you.
