STUDENT ACCOMMODATION IN THE CENTRE OF VALENCIA. 1 MINUTE WALK TO THE TOWN HALL SQUARE. 270 metres flat recently refurbished in the best area of Valencia, located 50 metres from the Central Market and 100 metres from the Town Hall square. - Monthly expenses not included: 50€ per month (includes WIFI, electricity, water, gas, weekly cleaning service and daily rubbish collection). - Newly refurbished room with bed (100 x 200 cm). - It has three built-in wardrobes (see pictures). - Large study table. - Central air conditioning. - Room for students or young professionals. - 65-inch main TV with Netflix subscription included. - Full kitchen (dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, double door fridge and ice maker, ceramic hob). - The building has two lifts. - Weekly cleaning service of the flat and rooms (the flat and all the rooms will be cleaned once a week, including bed sheets and towels). - Dogs are not allowed in the flat. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
