We will be abroad for three months starting February 2024, and during that time, we are looking for pleasant subtenants. Our place is located in the beautiful Westend neighborhood right with walking distance to the Theresienwiese. The apartment has everything to feel comfortable including a big cozy living room with a couch, a kitchen with a dining room and balkony, perfect for couples and small families. Since we have a 4 year old son, the apartment is child-friendly. Our living room has a large couch, a 55“ TV with access to cable TV and Netflix and a little bibliotheca. Our well equipped kitchen invites for cooking sessions and has a real-wood table, a large fridge, stove, baking oven, dish washer and a instant cooker.
