Zusätzlich bieten wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit einen festen Stellplatz für Ihr Fahrzeug anzumieten (tage-, wochen- und monatsweise möglich). Auf dem Hof befinden sich moderne E-Ladestationen für KFZ sowie ausreichend Fahrradstellplätze. Hinter dem Haus gibt es eine Außenterrasse, die exklusiv für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung steht. Die Apartments können tage- wochen- und monatsweise angemietet werden. Die Höchstmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate. Reisen Sie bequem mit Ihrem Koffer an – der Rest ist bereits für Sie erledigt. Jedes Apartment ist vollständig ausgestattet. So finden Sie alle Gegenstände des täglichen Bedarfs bereits in Ihrem Apartment vor. Vom Geschirr und der Komplettausstattung in der Küche, über die Handtücher im Bad und dem gemachten Bett – alles ist für Sie vorbereitet. Die Apartments sind vollklimatisiert. Eine eigens für unsere Räumlichkeiten angefertigte Möbelserie bietet neben dem ansprechenden Design auch ausreichend Stauraum und weitere Features wie induktive Handyladung und mehr. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank samt Eisfach, einem Induktionskochfeld sowie einer Mikrowelle mit Grill- und Backfunktion ausgestattet. Das Apartment verfügt über einen Flat-TV und kann über die elektrisch steuerbaren Außenjalousien komplett abgedunkelt werden. Das ganze Haus ist flächendeckend mit W-LAN versorgt. Die optimal geschnittenen und modern gestalteten Badezimmer verfügen über eine großzügige Dusche. Auf Wunsch bieten wir Ihnen auch einen Wasch- sowie einen Putzservice. Sprechen Sie uns hierzu gerne an. Im Mietpreis sind neben sämtlichen Nebenkosten, auch zahlreiche Serviceleistungen inbegriffen: drahtloser Internetzugang (W-LAN), TV mit internationalen Kanälen, Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher. Bei Bedarf kann auch ein Stellplatz gemietet werden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
