The apartment features a spacious living room with a TV, a modern kitchen with a dining area, and plenty of natural light throughout, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Essential services such as cleaning, maintenance, utilities (gas, water, electricity), and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, so your stay is completely hassle-free. Rooms are available with either a single or double bed for individual use. 📍The apartment’s location is unbeatable: just a few meters from City Hall and within easy walking distance of the University Campus, giving you quick access to both city life and academic facilities. We focus on fostering a welcoming and friendly environment among our colivers, so you can feel at home while building connections with like-minded people. To move in, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a one-month deposit and the first month’s rent. Additional Information * Students: Must provide study enrollment and financial means. * Workers: Need to present a paycheck and financial proof. * Without a salary? You can pay the contract in full (6 months + deposit). * The rooms are for individual use only—couples and pets are not accepted. * The room offered is Room No. 4, as seen at minute 5:20 in the video. 🛏 Bed Linen & Towels Bed linen and towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own: a waterproof mattress protector, fitted sheet, comforter cover and pillowcase, as well as a body towel, hand towel, and shower mat. If you prefer, we can purchase new sets for €120 or sanitized, used sets for €60—just let us know, and we’ll take care of it. ARRIVAL TIME Monday to Friday -From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost. -From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€. -After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€. Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time): -20€ until 18:00 -30€ until 21:00 -50€ after 21:00 Thank you for your understanding !!️ Please note: - Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for 120. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €60 and we will wash and disinfect them for you. - If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
- Select your dates to check availability.

- Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
