The living room is private & for the use of owner only. The house is owner occupied and is located in a very quiet & safe cul de sac. We are a friendly, laid back, clean, hard working couple. There are two adorable dogs living in the house too. The house is located less than five minutes walk from the nearest luas stop, which takes you to the city Centre in less than 40 minutes. Tallaght Hospital ten minutes walk and the square shopping Centre fifteen minutes walk. TU tallaght is around twenty minutes walk. Lidl, aldi and SuperValu are all with in walking distance too....
