Please note: - There is a 2-month notice if they want to move out (included in the 3-month minimum lease). - One-time membership/admin fee of $185. - A one-time fee of $75 that will be taken out of the deposit when Tenants move out of the room for cleaning and the inventory of fixtures. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
